How It Works:
1. Create Your Capitan Account
When you registered with us, you set up a Capitan account. This is where you can purchase and manage your membership. Login here.
2. Unlimited Climbing Access
Your membership gives you unlimited access to the centre for as long as it’s active.
3. Check-In Made Easy
Simply scan the barcode on your Capitan account when you arrive to check in.
4. Flexible Membership Options
Cancel anytime through your account or the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel, you’ll stay registered as a pay-as-you-go customer and can restart your membership whenever you’re ready.
5. Personal Use Only
Memberships are for personal use only—they can’t be shared or used for professional services.
